Hi

We are integrating your CRM via PHP SDK  and we have few questions.

Is you system always online?  I mean some temporary issue in your system.
On local machine we had situation when  we received  response from your system that user is not found in you system.  In same time site was also not available (I saw some page with form and message about error).

We authorized our app via grand token generated on Self client page.
I want to clarify if app will be always authorized? 
Or we need to reauthorize app after some time.
