Hi, for quite a few years I have had a form running that integrated with Zoho CRM. When it was completed it would enter an approval process and it would sit in 'My Jobs' on the CRM. About 10 days ago this stopped and even though the status within forms says it has created a new record, it is not showing in CRM. What has happened? Thanks.
