Integration with Asterisk problem

Integration with Asterisk problem

Hi!

I wrote in https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/integration-with-asterisk-not-working

but didn't got answer.

I have integration with asterisk. 

I can click to call outgoing but when the call is answered in the softphone the Zoho is still under calling.

And there is no popup on the screen for icoming calls.

And we can't make next outgoing call until crm page will be reloaded.


How can we fix it?
