Our services has grown & now we need some kind of CRM in order to improve work efficient.
The existent routine: visitor who is looking for
buying essays online & navigated to our site, fill up the form & made an order. We would like the form is connected to CRM so we can communicate with a prospect & increase conversion. Also, we would like to use the CRM to build a kind of online support portal & internal knowledge base (if it's possible). We have an option to migrate the site to WordPress ( or Joomla) if required.
Another option we need is to provide a different level of access to different CRM users (for example our Ph D holders should have an access to certain orders, Book critic reviewers should have an access to appropriate section).
