We have a google apps business account and I am wanting to sync customer / lead emails between our gmail and Zoho CRM.  I have read the help manual, but this seems to be saying that I have to have a Zoho Mail account.  However, this youtube video https://youtu.be/AGjOZMVpvHY appears to say that all I need is the google app's Zoho CRM app (from google market place).
