I have an InvestorCarrot site, and I have entered my Zoho CRM credentials (I set up an app password in Zoho specifically for this) into InvestorCarrot and mapped the fields per the instructions here (

InvestorCarrot support have confirmed that everything appears to be working on their side but, whenever I try to enter data into my InvestorCarrot site, none of it makes it through to Zoho CRM. Is there a way to check what's going wrong? Thanks in advance.
