Any update on this.

 

Just had to watch a colleauge duplicate a load of effort in Act! so that he could produce a letter to be sent to a number of leads.

 

Could have done it as an e-mail in Zoho, but not a letter.

I know it has been asked for bfore and it really is needed.

 

Please advise when this is planned.
