I've read about the intercom integration, and it was good news at first. Problem is -> the Knowledge Base.
We use intercom together with it's KB. Whilst working with Zoho, we started to generate knowledge articles on the Desk KB, so articles on Intercom are not being created any longer. This brought us in a situation where the Desk KB is more up-to-date that Intercom.
Problem is that the intergration is not able to use the KB on Zoho, making it a huge challenge for us.
What are your suggestions? Is anyone in this same situation?
