intergrating Zoho CRM with Excel

Hey,
Maybe this question was already asked, but i didn't found it.

i want to export my contacts to excel, but i need it to be a "live" excel
For example, if a new contact was added to the crm, i want to open my Excel, press refresh on the data and then to see the new contact added to my Excel. with no need to export it again from the crm.

I hope my question was clear enough. :-)

Any advice?
