Intermittent Bug - CRM Emails Not Merging Fields

For the past 72 hours we've had the odd email (using Email Templates) sent out of Zoho CRM being delivered with all merge fields blank.

The issue appears to be highly intermittent and we can't seem to determine any pattern.

Appears to occur regardless of the template being used and all templates have been in long term use in our organization. (These are not newly created)

Anything reported on your side Zoho? Anyone else?

Embarrassing for our clients to receive templated emails that are missing the key information fields.
