After recent troubleshooting in ticket #76712026 we were able to restore email functionality to zoho crm users. However, we are still receiving the attached message.
All functions seem to be working except internal notifications are not working. For example, if a staff leasing user creates a meeting and adds another staff leasing user, the added user does not get an email notification of this. We have tested this same function with an external non staff leasing user and they receive the notification for the meeting. Additionally, we have a successful relay test generated from zoho crm -> settings -> email -> email deliverability -> email relay.
