Dear customer,
We've introduced some exciting and much-awaited updates on Zoho Social. You can now interact with your TikTok videos and do much more. These enhancements will help you publish your Tiktok content smoothly, understand your audience better through analytics, and use your data wisely.
Monitor and interact on your TikTok channel for better engagement
There are three ways in which you can now monitor your channel's performance :
- View the overall brand health for your Tiktok channel for the past 30 days on the Social Homepage.
- Analyze detailed post statistics for each post—such as the number of likes, comments, video views, and other metrics—under the Posts tab.
- Read full-fledged reports for your TikTok channel under the Reports tab. You can view different metrics like Audience Growth, Top Videos, Engagement Distribution, and more. Export, discuss, and share the data with your team members, and make analysis a collaborative team study. Social media plays a huge role in helping you reach your target audience through publishing relevant posts, so it's also important to understand how your posts are performing with respect to audience interaction and other factors.
You can now also interact on your TikTok videos from Zoho Social. Under the Posts tab, you can view, like, unlike, comment, delete, and reply to the comments on your videos.
Image Tagging on Instagram
Image tagging is a feature available on Instagram that lets you tag other user accounts. For example, you can tag people who are present in an image or businesses who are involved in it. Tagging helps increase your post's reach and also makes it more discoverable to a wider audience. You can now tag accounts on your Instagram photos directly from the Compose window. Enter the exact username and tag up to 20 accounts in your post.
Leads Data Permission
Leads data can be extremely beneficial to sales and marketing teams as they analyze lead-to-customer conversions and create marketing campaigns to target potential leads. Managing and recording leads data is a crucial task before formulating any strategy for your business. This critical database need not be available to all the users of your Social account, as it can be easily misused. So you can now make this data accessible to only the people who are directly involved in its analysis and usage, like the sales and marketing teams, by setting permissions. The Leads Data Permission is given by default to the Brand Admin and User roles. Under Roles & Permissions, you can choose which of the other roles in your account will have access to Leads Data.
Try out these updates and let us know what you think. We will keep you posted on what's coming your way next!
Thank you.
