Introducing Direct Feedback on Zia Recommendations

Hope you are well!

We have a quick update on Zia's Recommendation feature.

Zia recommends suitable records, products, or services to help you cross-sell, seamlessly. Now, to assess if these recommendations are helpful to individual users or not, we are displaying Direct Feedback options - Yes or No as a strip under each recommendation.

If you find a recommendation helpful, then that recommendation will persist throughout its time defined in the completion state.
If you do not find a recommendation helpful, the recommendation will be removed from the record at once.

Also, to understand and improvise our recommendations, we display a page with possible reasons as to why it was not useful.

This update is now live for organizations with 20 and more user licenses in US, EU, and IN DCs. For more information about Zia Recomendation feature, click here.
