Introducing Document Visibility in Zoho Sign

Complex document workflows often involve multiple stakeholders with different roles. Sending a separate envelope to every person is time consuming and can lead to administrative bottlenecks. With Zoho Sign's document visibility feature, you can include multiple documents in a single envelope while ensuring each recipient only sees what's relevant to them.

For example, an HR manager can bundle onboarding documents—such as an offer letter, a policy agreement, and internal payroll information—into a single envelope. The employee will only view and sign the documents assigned to them, while the payroll details are only accessible to the finance team.
