1. Go to the Contacts module.
2. Click the more icon > Select Mass Emails.
   
   
3. In the Mass Emails window, click +Mass Email button.
   
   
4. In the email composer window, compose your email or select from an existing email template.
   
   
5. Select the recipients from existing custom views.
   
   
6. Alternatively, you can also filter recipients based on specific criteria.
   
   
7. If the emails are to be sent on a later date, click the Schedule button and set the desired date/time.  
   
   
8. Click Send.

• Go to the Contacts module.
  
• Click the more icon > Select Mass Emails.
  
• Click Scheduled tab to view the list of scheduled mass emails.
  
1. Click the more icon to pause/reschedule/delete the scheduled mass emails.
   
   
2. Click edit icon to edit the scheduled mass email.
   
   
• Click Sent tab to view the list of previously sent mass emails
  

1. Click the desired mass email from this list to view stats like number of emails delivered, opened and clicked.
   
   
2. Click on Recipients to get the list of the recipients and their delivery status.
   
   

• Click Paused tab to view the list of paused mass emails.
  

1. Click the more icon to resume/reschedule/delete the paused mass emails.
   
   
2. Click edit icon to edit the paused mass email.
