The latest features in Zoho CRM today include automation of approval processes, an option to book accommodation for your teams during events, and enhancements in the inventory modules. Take a look at each feature to learn more!

Often, there are instances in business when a certain task requires the approval of one or more decision makers. For example, a sales rep offering a discount to a customer may not be able to do so until his senior manager approves it. When this approval process is required for several tasks, this procedure gets tiring. To save you the time and efforts, Zoho CRM helps you automate this Approval Process. Now you can configure a set of criteria so that the records that meet these criteria are automatically submitted for the approval of users selected. When you organize events in various locations, ensuring comfortable accommodation for the event participants is an important task. You can now do this from Zoho CRM using a Book Hotels option in Event records. This option is powered by TravelNow, the Expedia Affiliate. With this option available for all your future event records in Zoho CRM, you can easily find the best hotels and the best offers while arranging accommodation for your teams. To learn to use this option, refer to this document.

Inventory modules – Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Quotes and Invoices - in Zoho CRM have been improved to be more user-friendly. The Product Details section has been revised. You will now work with a new and improved user interface. Take a look at this transition guide to get acquainted with the changes.
