More partners mean more opportunities, greater reach, and new ways to grow your business. But growth also brings complexity.
As partner operations become more sophisticated, the systems supporting them need to evolve too.
And customers were already finding ways to manage this complexity through workarounds.
Now, we're bringing these partner management capabilities together in PRM for Zoho CRM.
Partner relationship management (PRM) brings your entire partner ecosystem together in a connected experience with Zoho CRM, giving you a single place to add partner accounts and contacts, manage programs, track partner activities and performance, reward partners for their contribution, and scale your channel operations with confidence.
Successful partner ecosystems don't stop at onboarding partners.
Organizations need a structured way to:
- Create partner programs
- Collaborate through portals
- Manage deal registrations
- Reward partner performance
One system to run your partner ecosystem
PRM brings all of these capabilities together in a connected experience with Zoho CRM.
From the moment a partner joins your ecosystem to the moment they earn rewards for driving revenue, every stage of the journey can be managed from a single system.
Build partner programs around your partner strategy
No two partner relationships are the same. Partner programs give you a structured way to define what partners need to achieve, how their performance is evaluated and what they receive in return.
Create tiered or non-tiered programs with clearly defined requirements, and benefits and performance expectations.
Define requirements
Set measurable targets such as revenue generated, deals closed, or other sales outcomes, and use them to define eligibility.
Define benefits
Configure benefits for participating partners or partners qualifying for specific tiers.
Create tiers such as Bronze, Silver, and Gold, each with their own targets and benefits. Use performance and eligibility results to make decisions about tier promotion or demotion.
Give partners a dedicated workspace
Every partner program comes with a dedicated partner portal.
Partners can collaborate with your business by registering deals and monitoring commissions without relying on your team for updates. This creates a more transparent experience while helping partners stay engaged and productive.
Simplify deal registration
Partner-generated opportunities are often difficult to track consistently.
PRM enables partners to submit deals directly through the portal, while your team reviews and approves registrations with complete visibility.
This helps reduce channel conflicts, protect partner contributions, and maintain a clear record of every opportunity in the pipeline.
Track partner performance
Evaluate partners against their program requirements and performance targets through performance cycles. See how partners are progressing against the targets you've set, and use those results to decide whether to promote, demote, or continue partners in the program.
Automate partner commissions end to end
Rewarding partners shouldn't require spreadsheets and manual calculations.
PRM helps you define commission plans, configure eligibility rules, automate commission calculations, discrepancies, clawbacks, and streamline payouts.
Whether commissions are based on transactions or revenue milestones, PRM ensures partners are rewarded accurately, consistently, and on time.
Turn partnerships into a growth engine
PRM for Zoho CRM brings together partner programs, partner management, deal registration, commissions, payouts, and performance tracking in one connected experience.
Whether you're launching your first partner program or managing an established channel network, PRM gives you the tools to build stronger partner relationships, streamline operations, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
