Introducing Services and Appointments Modules in CRM Sandbox


Hello Enterprise Community,

We are pleased to announce that the Zoho CRM sandbox now supports the Services and Appointments modules! These modules are ideal for businesses offering customer services, allowing you to manage service categories, track appointments, and handle job sheets more effectively.

You can now enable these modules directly in your sandbox, test them thoroughly, and then deploy them seamlessly to your production environment.


Additionally, you can test and configure Preferences related to the Services and Appointments modules before deploying them to production.


After deployment, you can continue to make adjustments to these modules in your sandbox and push those updates live when ready.
