Most organizations have their own brand identity and follow a standard style guide that includes fonts, colors, and themes for their presentations. As a result, you often end up drafting the same slides to use them within your team or organization.
To save time and effort in re-designing your presentations, we are introducing Library in Show. This secure, central storage space allows you to store and organize items under Templates and Slides. This helps your team reuse, re-purpose, and re-present presentations again and again.
Show's Library of pre-defined layouts and styles help you quickly get started with your subject. All you have to do is replace the content and make a few necessary edits in each slide. This way, you can produce quality work in a short time while adhering to your company brand guidelines.
In Show, you can add presentations to your organization's collection from Recents and My Presentations sections. You can include all professional, brand-compliant templates and slides in the archive. Whatever changes you make to items in the Library will sync automatically with the Templates and Slides. As a result, employees will be able to create consistent presentations and strengthen brand recognition anytime.
Super-admins and admins can contribute items to the Show's Library, rename or delete items, and manage members at the organization level. Additionally, users with edit permissions can also add items to the Library, while all others can only use them.
Using the Show's Library, you no longer have to add and edit Master slides to craft presentations every time. Instead, save time by customizing already created designs, and focus more on getting your message across effectively. You can also preview and play presentations from here.
