Introducing signature profiles in Zoho Sign

Introducing signature profiles in Zoho Sign

Many professionals wear multiple hats. Say you sign contracts for your company as its finance manager, then sign a client agreement as an independent consultant. Each one needs a different title, stamp, or company name, so you end up updating your signature details every time you switch. It adds up.

Signature profiles in Zoho Sign put an end to that.

What signature profiles do

Signature profiles let you create and save more than one signature setup in Zoho Sign. Each profile holds a signature, initials, an organization stamp, and profile details like your company and job title, so you can keep separate profiles for the different capacities in which you sign, and pick the right one when signing a document.
  1. Ready when you are: Your signature, stamp, and title appear exactly as you set them, every time.
  2. Organized by context: Keep separate profiles for the different roles or organizations you sign for.
  3. Set a default: Mark the profile you use most as your default, so it's applied automatically.

How it works

  1. You can create a signature profile under My profile and save up to five profiles in total.
  2. While signing a document, your default signature profile is applied. To use a different one for that document, click the field and select Edit.
  3. From here, you can choose the portal and a signature profile available in that portal. Make any further edits if needed, then click Use.
  4. You can also change the signature profile when bulk signing documents.
