Introducing Solutions Library for Zoho CRM

We are thrilled to announce the launching of a programmable solutions/use cases library for Zoho CRM. The library will offer numerous solutions across various modules and automation features. First, let's understand what a solution is.
What is a solution?
A solution is a customized business process designed for a specific customer or a larger audience for requirements that cannot be met out of the box. It can address a gap in the product and/or be the most sought-after feature required by customers.
Why a solutions library?
Our community engagement, pre-sales, partners, and central IT teams provide customers with customized solutions/use cases. These solutions exist scattered and buried over various channels, including support tickets, forum posts, and the knowledge of our team members shared during live customer interactions. We aim to gather all these solutions in a single, easily accessible location to benefit our customers. They will comprise programmable solutions using functions, webhooks, variables, client scripts, and connections. CRM users can search the library for use cases and implement them in their accounts to accomplish tasks that are not possible out-of-the-box.
Where to access?
If you have not noticed, we've already published a couple of solutions here. You can also access the solutions library from our Resources page. We'll continue to add more solutions to this library as an ongoing process.
Need a custom solution?
Our customers and partner folks can request custom solutions tailored to their business needs using this form on the solution detail pages. Our solution experts will promptly handle each request and share a solution as soon as possible. We will also add such solutions to the library accordingly.
Crowd-source solutions
Crowd-sourcing solutions can be a great way to gather diverse ideas, leading to innovative and effective solutions that may not have been possible otherwise.
