Introducing the Enterprise Edition
We have successfully rolled out the enterprise edition which houses two important features: Bulk send and In-person signing!
With the enterprise edition we have streamlined many of the difficult tasks done before and have introduced some new features for better performance and throughput.
The enterprise edition is also very reasonably priced, at just $20/user/month when paid annually($24 when paid monthly).
Send the same documents to multiple recipients using Bulk Send
The bulk send feature allows you to send one or more documents with the same form fields to multiple recipients in one go. It is useful when you have to send multiple copies of documents to different recipients for signatures. Different copies of the documents, with similar form fields are sent to the recipients who then fills it out and sends it back to the owner.
For instance: HR managers who need to get their updated company policies signed by all the employees of their organization, can simply bulk send the document and get it signed.
The bulk send feature is available in the 'Send for Signatures' module and the 'Templates' module.

Get your electronic documents signed face-to-face with In-Person Signing
Zoho Sign has been all about signing documents digitally and remotely from anywhere in the world. But, with the In-person signing feature you can now get your digital documents signed from across the table. Simply meet with your signatories, host an in-person session and allow your signers to directly sign from your laptop/tablet.
For instance:
Sales officers looking to capture a customer's signature quickly and easily while in the field will find in-person signing to be extremely useful.
The owner should assign a host for an in-person signing session who will meet with the signers and get the document signed.
