Introducing the New Applications Module
We're excited to introduce the Applications module, a powerful new feature designed to revolutionize how you manage job applications. This module offers a more streamlined, efficient approach to tracking and processing candidates throughout your recruitment pipeline. We’ve set up a new test environment to demonstrate how your interface will change once you enable the Applications module.
To ensure a smooth transition, we've created a test environment. This allows you to explore the Applications module with your existing data before enabling it in your live account. Please refer to this help document to enable the applications module.
By using the test environment, you can:
Understand the Interface Changes:
Get a hands-on experience with the updated interface, including the new candidate hiring stages and the application module itself.
Familiarize Yourself with New Features:
Explore the new features and functionalities of the Applications module in a risk-free environment.
Test Without Affecting Your Live Account:
Experiment with the module using your existing data without any changes being reflected in your live account.
Note: Test environment option is only available for Professional and Standard customers in EU and IN DC. Changes made in the test environment (such as Blueprints, email templates, etc.) will not be reflected in the live account, ensuring the live account remains unaffected.
Availability
- New Signups: The Applications module is available by default.
- Existing Users: The module is now available for activation. However, enabling it will significantly change your interface, including candidate hiring stages and the application module itself.

Track the candidate's status, communication, and history for each job opening precisely. - Efficient Workflow:
Streamline the workflow, making it easier to manage and process applications.
- Organized Management:
Provides a comprehensive and organized approach to managing candidate data.

Improves tracking, analysis, communication, compliance, reporting, workflow efficiency, and overall candidate experience.
Note: Any changes made in the Test environment, such as Blueprints, email templates, etc., will not be carried over to your live account, ensuring your live account remains unaffected.
