Introducing wizard functionality to sandboxes
Dear All,
We have extended Wizard functionality to Zoho CRM's Sandbox feature. Henceforth, you can utilize wizards in your sandbox environment and deploy them into your production account. Let's have a look at the enhancements in detail.
Supporting wizards in sandboxes
Users can now work with wizards in a sandbox environment without the risk of making unwanted changes in the production environment and data.
See differences before deploying changes
You can check the differences between the configurations made in the sandbox and the existing production environment before deploying changes. The See Difference button will open a popup comparing the parent data with the sandbox data.
Deploy changes from Sandbox to production
Changes made using wizards in a sandbox can be deployed into the production CRM if there are no conflicting cases.
