Introducing Zia Recommendation Analytics

Greetings!

We are excited to present Zia Recommendation Analytics in Zoho CRM.

Zia recommends products or services to the CRM users by understanding historical behavior of records and by correlating similar attributes. These recommendations benefit users to enhance the sales experience. To assess the effectiveness of these recommendations in your business, we are providing Zia Recommendation Analytics.

Zia delves into different aspects of recommendations, to present the following insights:
Number of active recommendations
  1. Total recommendations shown vs record conversion rate
  2. Products wise recommendation
  3. Recent trend of recommendation
  4. Recommendation type wise performance
  5. Top users adhering to recommendations
Let's get into the details!
  1. Number of active recommendations - This analysis highlights the total number of recommendations that are currently active in your organization and their success rate. This helps you to assess the quality of these recommendations, explore the opportunities, and to know how many of these recommendations are displayed for new and existing contacts.
  2. Total recommendations shown vs record conversion rate - This analysis will provide insights about the total recommendations displayed in a given period and their conversion rate, how these recommendations are converted - Exact conversion or Partial conversion, and the number of recommendations that failed to convert a record.
  3. Products wise recommendation - This analysis will highlight the products that are recommended multiple times, the number of customers who purchased the recommended products, and number of transactions for that particular recommendation. Also, you can inspect the insights for the least recommended products, or choose a custom product from the dropdown.
  4. Recent trend of recommendations- This analysis explores the recommendation pattern overtime. Based on the patterns you can ascertain when a particular product or service has been mostly recommended and the reason behind the surge or dip in the recommendations.
  5. Recommendation type wise performance - This table provides information like number of recommendations made, number of deals created, and overall success rate in those deals for each recommendation types like Repeat, Sequence, First Time, Relationship, and Bundle. 
  6. Top users who followed recommendation- This analysis explores the distinction between the number of records shown versus number of deals created based on these suggestions. This helps to identify their adoption of recommendations in their selling practices and compare their performances.
P.S.: These analytics are provided only for organization in enterprise and ultimate edition, with 20 users and above.
