Introducing Zia Scores in Zoho CRM

We have a new feature update for you all! :) Introducing Zia Scoring, another valuable addition to Zia's prediction abilities. 
Scoring and segmenting customers based on their demography, age, gender, preferences among others will help sales reps understand which customers to focus on. It plays a major role in prioritisation of leads, customer retention efforts and planning efficient sales and marketing strategies to bridge the gap. We already have lead scoring where users can manually configure the scoring rules based on a specific criteria.
 
Zia score, on the other hand, is an AI based scoring methodology where Zia takes into account all of the information related to that particular record and calculate a score for that record. It takes into account the record information, other information obtained from SalesSignals, related data, data obtained by means of integrating your CRM with other products. All of them will be retrieved, analysed by Zia to arrive at a score that represents the likelihood of conversion of a particular lead/deal.

Note: Zia scoring and manual Scoring rules under Automation will behave independently. We have plans to take into consideration this manual scoring rule as one of the many inputs for Zia Score. 

Configuration:
One can activate and deactivate the Zia Scoring for the organization by navigating to Settings -> Zia -> Recommendation -> System recommendation. Under system recommendation page,  you have to enable Zia scoring. Just a toggle away.


 
Similar to Prediction analysis and other Zia features, Zia scoring requires a minimum amount of data to calculate the scores. Once the feature is enabled, the system will check if this criteria is fulfilled. If the criteria is not fulfilled then 'Waiting for data' error is thrown.

It typically takes a few minutes to 24 hours for Zia to analyse your data and the scores are saved in a custom field labelled Zia Score. We have categorised the score as: 'Need improvement', 'Good', 'Excellent'.




 
Once the score is predicted, within the record detail page, it is available as a widget with the assigned score.  You can view the Score card with details like "What went wrong" with that particular record, "What went right" and the overall score. Zia scoring allows a range of 0-100 and score is expressed in percentile format.


 

Zia Scoring and other CRM features:

Zia score custom field can be used as a criteria or input in other features like: when creating a smart filter, creating a custom view, validation rules, layout rules, review process, workflow rules, Blueprint, Approval process, webforms, copy customization, and audit log/timeline.
 
Zia scores can be beneficial in terms of:
  1. Prioritisation of leads/deals.
  2. Analysing the scores and formulating relevant strategies to deal with them.
  3. Grouping/segmenting customers based on their scores and implementing targeted sales/marketing efforts.
  4. An opportunity to build an effective communication strategy with customers.  

Pre-requisites:

  1. Zia will need a minimum of 200 records to start scoring.
  2. It is currently available only in Leads and Deals module.
  3. Zia Scores is released for all Enterprise, Ultimate and above edition customers with more than 20 user licenses in all the DCs.
