Introducing Zia Similarity Recommendation

We are here with an interesting addition to the scope of Zia recommendations - Zia Similarity Recommendation. Let's go!
Zia Similarity Recommender is a handy tool that compares your record with other records present in the module, identifies similarities present in them, and displays the top five similar records as recommendations.
For instance, from a similar record, you can quickly read the notes, understand their requirements, and approach your prospect or customer with an improved pitch.
Likewise, you can take cues from similar records and approach your prospects or customers to conduct successful sales backed by historical data.
P.S.: In this feature, Zia identifies the similar patterns/traits of records and displays as a cue in your current records, and is not meant for identifying duplicate records present in your database.
What does a similarity recommendation look like?
Zia Similarity Recommender will display the following information as a widget inside your record.
- Record name and image - To ascertain a similar record at the first glance.
- Record information - Contains field values of the similar record that the sales rep might quickly refer to. You can choose the field values during set up based on your preference.
- Similarity score - An auto-computed score that shows how similar this recommendation is to the record. The higher the score, the more similar are the records.
- Reason(s) for similarity - Lists all the reasons as to why the suggested record is similar.
P.S.:
- At this moment, similar records within a module will only be recommended.
- The similarity recommendations will be displayed even if the layout of each record is different.
- Only one rule can be created for a module (i.e.) For Enterprise users, only one rule can be created in total while an organization in Ultimate edition can configure one rule per module for up to 10 modules.
Furthermore, you can filter the records that carry similarity recommendations using the advanced filter.
That's about Zia Similarity Recommendation. This feature has been opened for organizations with 20 or more user licenses in US, EU, and IN DCs.
