Introducing Zoho CRM for RingCentral!

We are pleased to introduce to you, Zoho CRM for RingCentral!

Cloud communications are great services that help organizations deal efficiently with high volume of inbound and outbound calls. When you integrate these communications services with your CRM, you are able to see the sales context with respect to the calls you make and receive. This helps your sales teams prioritize calls, make informed decisions and reduce call time, which in turn results in improved productivity.

In addition to a host of other cloud-based PBX systems such as Ringio, Twilio and Ozonetel, you can now also integrate RingCentral for Desktop Application (softphone) with Zoho CRM. Zoho CRM for RingCentral offers you several features such as a quick click-to-dial for outgoing calls, caller details pop-up and automatic call logs.

It’s easy to place a call to your contacts. Simply click on the  Call icon beside the contact’s phone number to make a call. Once you are done with the call, you can associate a follow-up task or note with the call.


Caller details popup
When you receive a call from a customer, the details of the customer such as name, company, potential details, if any, pop up on the screen. This way your sales rep will be informed better about the caller and better prepared for the call. Also, the time spent on the call is greatly reduced, as there is no need to shuttle between screens.


Automatic call logging
The automatic call logging feature offered by RingCentral helps you keep a track of both incoming and outgoing calls. These call logs are available in the Calls module and can be used for reference in the future and also for call analytics. 
 

Availability
Zoho CRM for RingCentral is available in all the paid editions of Zoho CRM. Setting up the integration is a breeze! All you have to do is enter your RingCentral credentials to log into the Softphone in Zoho CRM and you are done.
