Introducing Zoho Expense: Effortless Expense Reporting!

A new integration with Zoho Books: Introducing Zoho Expense.


Zoho Expense is an expense reporting software that automates expense recording for businesses. Users can upload receipts and expenses are automatically created with all the major details from the receipt. Users can also connect their credit cards to automatically import transactions and convert them into expenses.

 

Users can simply group together a bunch of expenses and submit an expense report. With a instant reminders and one touch approval process, approval will be a cinch and reimbursements will be much faster.

 

It will come integrated with Zoho Books. The integration will have the following benefits:

 

Auto Sync of accounts - The expense categories defined in Zoho Books will appear in your Zoho Expense account.

 

Auto import of expenses - Expenses from approved expense reports in Zoho Expense, will automatically be imported into Zoho Books.

 

Currencies - Currencies created in Zoho Books are imported into Zoho Expense so that traveling employees can record expenses in multiple currencies

 

Employee Advances - Traveling employees get an advance before they travel. Whenever an employee advance is created in Zoho Expense, an entry happens in Zoho Books for that advance accordingly.

 

Reimbursement entries - If an employee is reimbursed for an expense report, a corresponding entry for the reimbursement amount will be made in Zoho Books.
