Introducing Zoho Key Service, a simpler way to access LLMs without API keys

Hello everyone,

We are excited to bring Zoho Key Service (ZKS) in Zoho CRM, a simpler way for organizations to access and use third party LLMs.

You can now access OpenAI and Anthropic LLMs models without managing external API keys or handling third-party billing. With ZKS, Zoho securely manages model access through a built-in credit system making AI setup faster and simpler than ever.






Enable ZKS, select the LLM provider you want to use, and get started with AI features in CRM.


What’s new:

  1. Support for OpenAI or Anthropic LLMs: Enable your preferred LLM provider using simple toggle controls, without configuring external API keys.

  2. Free ZKS credits included: Organizations receive complimentary ZKS credits based on their CRM edition:

    1. Ultimate: 6,000 credits
    2. Enterprise: 4,000 credits
    3. Professional: 2,000 credits


  3. Redesigned Models page: The Models page is now organized into three sections:  Internal LLMs (Zoho-hosted LLMs), Zoho Key Service (ZKS), and BYOK models, making it easier to understand the different AI setup options.




ZKS provides a simpler, Zoho-managed way to access supported LLMs in Zoho CRM.


Getting Started with ZKS

Getting started with ZKS is simple. Navigate to the Models page, enable Zoho Key Service, and accept the applicable Terms and Conditions. Your organization will receive free ZKS credits based on your CRM edition. You can then enable OpenAI and/or Anthropic based on your requirements and start using the enabled provider across supported AI features in Zoho CRM.

Note: Currently, OpenAI is available to all users. Anthropic is being rolled out in a phased manner.
