Invalid account

I'm trying to log in to my email account but I receive an error message that my account is inactive. I am totally helpless, that's why I had to create this account so that you could help me to recover mob main email: mrhilaire@zoho.com. I'm waiting for a rest as soon as possible because it's really important for me.
