INVALID_ADDRESS, ERROR_CODE :550

I have this message in 2 acounts of my employes.

I post here the entire code when i try to send emails to a differents accounts, looks like the IP Addres has listed in a spam blacklist but the accounts sends 20 or 40 emails daily or less.

I appreciate your support with this problem.
