INVALID_ADDRESS, ERROR_CODE :550, ERROR_CODE :SPF: 74.201.84.163 is not allowed to send mail

I'm trying to send an email to another company but was returned with invalid address error.
Upon checking I found that the IP address mentioned in the below error have blacklisted by several anti-spam sites and softwares. A little check on mxtoolbox also confirms that this IP 74.201.84.163 has been added to DNS Realtime Blackhole List.

Is there a way to NOT using this IP address?
