Invalid credentials

I am getting invalid credentials error message using IMAP on Thunderbird. I have two domain emails addresses. One works perfectly and continues to do so. The other refuses to work despite checking both server settings and finding them exactly the same on both accounts. I have tried changing my password but to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.
