Invalid Security Certificate for the Server. Please change the incoming port to 110 and retry configuring.

I am getting the following error message:

Invalid Security Certificate for the Server. Please change the incoming port to 110 and retry configuring.

The settings are not incorrect and work on Outlook.com fine.

My Settings are for:
liberty.rkbahosting.net
Port 995

Can you generate a certificate so that I may receive email from this account?

Please advise.
