Inventory template 32000 characters

Inventory template 32000 characters

I'm doing an inventory template, I have just been given an error that I'm only allowed 32000 characters, fair enough, but I copied my templale into word and did a character count, My characters are less than 4000, no where near 32000, Whats going on?
