Inventory Templates Disaster
I just signed up for the Professional level of CRM. The first thing I needed to do was modify the quote template. What a disaster. The html editor provided is very low quality. I never did figure out how to alter a table once it was placed. Finally, I took the code and modified it in a professional html editor and pasted it back in. The back and forth has taken a whole day and still there is a problem with two of the database fields populating. I am very, very disappointed in this functionality, because I know for a fact there are better html plugin editors available. Also, I assumed there would be a way to revert back to the "boxed" version of the template. Nope, once you start editing, its over, unless you save it as something else. My mistake.
