Hello, im running into an problem whenever I view a chart in dashboard.

When I created a chart the Y-axis (which has a scoring system of A,B,C,D,E) was initially descending but i was able to change this to ascending using the button next to the chart. however, when i add this chart to a dashboard and filter, the results that are produced flip around and are descending again (i.e. the worst score of E is at the top). Also the scale of the Y-axis changes to leave only those that are scored within the range of the X-axis (i.e. the range of potential scores is A-E but for example when i filter for a company and they on have scores of B and C, the other axis labels disappear leaving only B and C). I would like to try to lock the axis if possible. Thank you for your help
