Invited users cannot confirm their accounts

I have a problem with my new CRM users: I cannot make them accept the invitation.

This is how I tried:

  • Add new user - I enter name, email and role. Invitation is sent to the new user.
  • She clicks the link on the email. CRM says:

AAA has invited you to join XXX's CRM account.

Since you are already part of a CRM account and you are the only active user in that account, you will not be able to accept the invitation.

To accept this invitation you need to,

Delete that CRM account. You can refer this help document to know how.

Once you have deleted that CRM account, click Join XXX's CRM account.

If you do not wish to accept this invitation, please click Reject.

  • If I delete the account, then the invitation link doesn't work either. If I keep the account, the above mail says she will not be able to accept the invitation, and it is true, unfortunately.
