Invitee screen changes to tiled when control is shared
It is important that the process for the invitee is very simple.
The problem we have happens if, after sharing the screen, we then give the customer/invitee control. Sharing control works. The problem is that at the moment we toggle to give the invitee control, the invitee's screen layout changes from Sidebar to Tiled and stays that way.
So, at the moment the customer/invitee has control, their view of the screen becomes very tiny.
The only way we have found to fix it is the invitee must first go to "More (...)", then go to "change layout", then click "sidebar". This is too many steps. How can avoid this?
We want the invitee to stay with the default sidebar layout, even if we share control. We cannot have it changing for the invitee simply because we share control. Is there a setting we can change to accomplish this?
