Invitees added to a Event or task

I have a couple of questions regarding invitees.
 
  1. When I add an invitee to an event or task is it possible to have the email send a outlook meeting request rather than just a text message. This would allow us to set up meetings with clients or other resorces in outlook. We do this now with outlook and it makes the customer experience so much better than have them manually enter an appointment.
  2. Is it possible to have invitees advised automatically if the task they have been added to is changed?
