I am currently evaluating Zoho CRM for a customer of mine and am really happy with many aspects of it. What puzzles me, however, is that invitees in an activity are not being linked to the actual contact records. Instead, invitees just show up as "dead" text. This creates major inconvenience in case you want to quickly jump from an activity to a related contact.

Am I missing something here? Is there an easier way to accomplish a relationship between an activity and a contact?
