We are building out our Zoho CRM, and I've built out a customer portal; however, I've run into a wall. I created a contact record and attempted to invite the contact to the portal and received the error message "You can invite only customers/clients for this portal user type." I am not trying to invite a lead or a user; it's a contact. So what makes a contact a "customer/client" in the eyes of the CRM? There is an attached deal to the contact record as well.
