We have been using Zoho Connect&Cliq over a year ago with few users. I have been trying to invite 2 new employees for a while now and I see an error saying the users cannot be invited because their accounts are from different zone/area. I do not use it in English, this is my translation, the original text might be a bit different but in general this is the error. The emails were created by our team, we checked the locations but there seems to be no problem.
Can anyone help me with this?
