Invoice not showing up as paid on client dashboard

Invoice not showing up as paid on client dashboard

My client paid their invoice with paypal business payments and it's not showing up as paid or even payment pending. So if they have multiple invoices and forget which one they paid, they are actually able to pay the same invoice twice. This is a problem. Can this be fixed asap? Thank you!
