Invoice Problems/Concerns

Hi There,

We are facing a few problems while using crm solution.

1. How can we customize the date format from mm/dd/yyyy to dd/mm/yyyy as India uses that format.
2. The invoice generated has a ew problems:

a. The logo appears a bit sqweezed, although its fine under the company details section.
b. We wish to add our tax numbers in the invoice headers. How can we do that.
c. We wish to hide the ship to address section. How can that be done
