I'm trying to build a invoice template in Zoho CRM and my goal is to have specific information from the Contact (customer) to appear on my invoice.

 

But for some reasons it doesn't work. For exemple if I create a Contact and filled all the information I need and then I go create an invoice. I link the Contact in my invoice when I create it but still when I try to print it or export it, all the customer name, phone and others informations doesn't appear.

 

I tried creating a Contacts and then make a Quote and convert it to an Invoice and it's working.

 

I don't understand why but I don't need to make Quote in my business so could someone help me please.
