Invoice to Work Order
Goal: Choose and invoice and have the option of creating work order with a custom set of fields to go through production.
To have my digital file system (art files) with folder names that match Invoice #'s / Work order #'s. That way we can at anytime look up an invoice # for a client and find the art work and pricing with ease.
Has anyone created anything like this?
Work order would have the same # as the invoice and would carry over the contact information, etc; basically the same top portion as an invoice.
I then would have to add my own custom fields which would help us track the order and make sure it is completed on time, with all the criteria for our production process.
I am not a programmer but have one semi-available to me. If someone would be soo kind to see if its possible or even set up the app to actually function without all the criteria, I could add those as custom fields.
