Invoices,, quotes and sales orders - WHY?

Invoices,, quotes and sales orders - WHY?

hi all, wondered if you could help.  I cant seem to get the sections for description into the invoices.  they all show terms and conditions (which is blank as we sign these separately) and no matter what I do I can't seem to get description of goods to show there instead.  any ideas?
