Invoicing for services not stock items.
I am in the financial services industry in South Africa and run a small insurance brokerage. I want to use Zoho CRM to manage my client base and keep track of policies and claims as well as various other factors. I am trying to establish which modules to use and have had some success in setting up the system. My problem comes in generating policies and I see myself using invoices as policies but:
1. I need the invoice to be more service orientated and not item orientated. Stock on hand, qty etc is irrelevant to me but I do not seem to be able to edit the product section of the invoice.
2. Can you create re-occurring invoices? Invoices that automatically generate every month?
Can you provide any guidance on this?
